We are Northeastern Water Services, Inc., otherwise known as Culligan Water Conditioning.
Our headquarters and bottling plant are located in Endicott New York. We also have offices
in Syracuse NY, Sodus NY and Pittston PA covering much of Upstate New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Our dealerships have 24 employees in our 4 locations. Our owner, Doug Windover has been in
the Culligan Business since 1954. Together we bring over 100 years of experience and expertise
to help you with all of your water conditioning needs. Our 5 Gallon bottling plant has won
numerous Excellence in Manufacturing awards by the International Bottled Water association.
We provide our bottled water to other Culligan locations throughout the Northeast as well as to
your home or office.

| Our dedicated route drivers are responsible for delivering water and salt to thousands of customers each month in our three territories, and are always ready to give friendly and dependable service and maybe even a helping hand. Best of all, these guys will call you the night before your delivery just in case you forget. We receive many compliments on our drivers for going above and beyond. |
| One of our biggest strengths is our Service Department. Our guys are the most experienced in the area with over 70 years of combined service in the water business. We take great pride in providing timely and professional service to our customers. Besides our regular hours of operation, our service department is on call 24/7 for emergencies. |
| This is our sales department. All of these guys are licensed sales professionals and are available any time to test your water and give recommendations. Best of all it’s free. Al Magill (second from right) has been in the business over 20 years and has won numerous Culligan sales awards. | Our office staff is always ready to help. Whether it be to inquire about our products and services or to ask a question about your existing service, these gals can handle it promptly. And you will never be transferred to a voice mail. We don’t believe in it. We also have an after hours answering service to help you 24 hours a day. |
